  Text	### **Transcript: Last Will and Testament of Frank Ferruccio** > I, FRANK FERRUCCIO, now residing at #457 Fourth Avenue, Astoria, Queens County, New York, being of sound and disposing mind do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament. > > **FIRST:** I hereby revoke, cancel and annul any and all Wills and or Codicils at any time heretofore made by me. > > **SECOND:** I give, devise and bequeath to my wife, ANTONIA FERRUCCIO all property both real and personal which I may own and/or be entitled to at the time of my decease. > > **THIRD:** In the event that my wife should predecease me, then I give, devise and bequeath all of my real property wherever the same may be situated to my two sons, THOMAS and SALVATORE share and share alike. > > **FOURTH:** In the event that my wife should predecease me, I give and bequeath all of my personal property in equal shares to my five children, namely, THOMAS FERRUCCIO, SALVATORE FERRUCCIO, FANNY BRIGANDI, MARY D'ALLESSANDRO and FRANCES BRIGANDI. > > **FIFTH:** I give and bequeath the sum of $1.00 to my daughter-in-law JENNIE FERRUCCIO. > > **SIXTH:** I give and bequeath the sum of $1.00 to the first child of my said daughter-in-law by her marriage to my son ANTHONY FERRUCCIO. > > **SEVENTH:** In the event of the death at one and the same time or at about the same time of myself, my wife and my two sons, then I give, devise and bequeath all of my property both real and personal to my three daughters, FANNY BRIGANDI, MARY D'ALLESSANDRO and FRANCES BRIGANDI, in equal shares. > > **EIGHTH:** I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my son THOMAS FERRUCCIO and my daughter FANNY BRIGANDI to be the executors of this my Last Will and Testament... by direct that no bond or other security for the faithful performance of their duties as such executors be required of them. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this second day of July, nineteen hundred and thirty-one.
